A 6-month tailoring and digital-skills programme that helps young women earn their own income. ₹10,000 sponsors one woman end-to-end.

For a young woman in a low-income household, a skill is freedom. Our six-month programme trains women in tailoring, computer basics and financial literacy, then places them in jobs or helps them start out on their own.

A sponsorship of ₹10,000 covers one woman’s full training, materials, and placement support. Ninety percent of our last batch is now earning a steady income.
